“Consistency in Authenticity”- Jasim Dawar

I was born in Dubai, I was in fifth grade, and I moved to Pakistan with my family. It was difficult to live in various cultures, but as time passed, I learned that what is written in destiny will remain, so I did not lose courage, handled the situation with patience, and finished my education.

After completing the matriculation exam, I started working as a technician, working long days and nights. After two years, I realized that in order to get a job, I needed to first get a degree, then continue my studies after graduation, and then start working as a sales representative in Dubai.

As a result of my exceptional achievements, I was promoted to Marketing Executive. I worked for over three years before returning to Pakistan owing to illness. I then spent nearly two years working as a monitoring officer in a hospital.

My philosophical thought is straightforward. To attract an abundance of luck, one must exert more effort. Believe in yourself and your quest, because you have the ability to succeed. You don’t have to be wealthy, but you also can’t be impoverished. When you have nothing to your name, your sense of identity as well as the quality of existence suffer.

Everyone wants to develop in their careers, therefore I eventually found a renowned company and started my career. I worked hard all the time, and within a year I earned the best alpha player award in sales and was promoted to Team Lead. I also earned the best performance award.

I was thinking about starting to write, followed by uploading articles on LinkedIn about motivation, education, life, relationships, and so on.

Everything you learn reinforces and influences everything you do. Developing essential skills will help you stand out in the job market, make better decisions, and handle any situation with elegance and confidence.

However, simply establishing a knowledge foundation is ineffective. One must demonstrate it thoroughly, and I had that opportunity when I began observing, evaluating, and deriving learnings from visuals.

I found my groove and gradually gained confidence to promote knowledge throughout the community, and I am now proud to serve my connections by promoting human ideals.

Growth is highly subjective, whereas progress is fundamental. I believe that everyone should strive for progress, even if it is only an inch every day.

Destiny changes, as does the path of one’s journey, but one must never change one’s dream or vision.

My vision continues to be alive, as I am carrying it with determination.
