I am Dr. Garima K a Dentist by qualification and a Language Trainer by passion. I am a 2-time TEDx speaker, SAT trainer, and Udemy instructor.

In my career, which spans over 12 years, I have worked for multiple organizations, including UDAAN – a Special Industry Initiative (SII) funded by Govt. of India and implemented by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).

I launched an online platform Kiddocracy to teach kids how to overcome the fear of English and help them learn the language in a fun and interactive way.

Over the past few months, Kiddocracy has expanded its operations across the United States, United Kingdom, Malaysia, and UAE, in addition to strengthening its position in India. It currently offers courses on Public Speaking and Creative Writing for kids.

At Kiddocracy, we also help working professionals hone their communication skills. We provide training and guidance for people who wish to reach the TEDx stage.

Through my venture – Kiddocracy – I aim to inculcate a love for the English language and inspire people to be better communicators. I wish to touch many lives, transform them in the field of communication, and inspire them to become the best version of themselves.

The lesson that I learned from my life journey and that I think can inspire others is, ‘Your past doesn’t define your future.’

I had never imagined that I would ever become a trainer of the language that I feared the most in my student life. No one would have believed that a girl who froze in her class just introducing herself and chose to spend the rest of her school life staying quiet, would ever stand in front of an audience of over 100 and deliver an 18-minute long TEDx speech.

Learn from the past, focus on your strengths while working on your grey areas, and give your best in whatever task you undertake.
